🩺 Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician (Permanent)

📍 Location: Northwest Ohio
⏰ Schedule: Full-Time | 4–5 Clinic Days per Week

⚡ THE HIGHLIGHTS:
Established Pulmonary & Critical Care practice.
Hospital-based outpatient clinic adjacent to the ICU.
Flexible full-time outpatient schedule.
Adult patient population.
Level III Trauma Center.
24/7 in-house hospitalist coverage.
Cerner EMR.
📋 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide comprehensive outpatient Pulmonary & Critical Care services.
Perform advanced pulmonary procedures, including:
Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS)
Robotic Bronchoscopy
Thoracentesis
Chest Tube Placement
Central Line Placement
Ventilator Management
Evaluate new and established patients.
Collaborate with hospitalists and multidisciplinary care teams.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Cerner.
🛑 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS (Strict Compliance):
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Pulmonary/Critical Care – Required.
Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship – Required.
Active Ohio Medical License (or willing to obtain) – Required.
DEA Registration – Required.
NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – Required at offer.
Clean malpractice, license, and background history – Required.
Not accepting candidates with lapsed board certification.
Not accepting locum, locum-to-perm, or visa candidates.

💰 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Guaranteed Base Salary: $500,000
Uncapped Productivity Bonus: $84 per wRVU
$100,000 Sign-On Bonus
5 Weeks PTO
