📅 Start Date: ASAP
📆 Coverage Needed: 10–15 shifts per month
🗓 Schedule: Night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

🏥 Practice Details
• Setting: Inpatient Critical Care Unit
• Patient Volume: ~25 patients per shift
• Patient Population: Adults
• Support Staff: 1 MD, 1 APP, potential Fellow support
• 💻 EMR: Epic

🩺 Clinical Scope
• Full-scope ICU management and admissions
• Ventilator management and critical care procedures
• Procedures include: arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes, thoracentesis, paracentesis, lumbar punctures

🩺 Requirements
• Board Certified in Critical Care (Pulm/CC must be dual certified)
• Active Tennessee license or true IMLC
• Minimum 2+ years of experience
