We are seeking a Pulmonary Critical Care MD/DO for an ongoing assignment in Longview, Texas.

Start Date: September 2026
Schedule: 24-hour call coverage (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM) across scheduled date blocks
Practice Setting: Inpatient
Assignment Details:
• Call-only coverage across multiple date ranges (September–November)
• Level III facility with ~15 patients per shift
• 26-bed department
• Manage critical care cases including respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, sepsis, renal failure, overdose, and trauma
• Procedures include line placement, dialysis catheters, PA catheter insertion, and ICU management
• EMR: Athena / Medhost
License: Active Texas License Required (IMLC accepted)
Requirements:
• Board Certified required
• Fellowship in Pulmonary/Critical Care required
• ACLS, ATLS, ABLS, BLS, and PALS required
• Must be comfortable with full-spectrum critical care procedures
Credentialing: Approximately 15 days
