Job Description:
We are seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician with a Pulmonary Fellowship for a hospital-based position beginning December 1, 2025. This role offers a manageable patient load and strong ICU support from in-house intensivists.

Position Details:
Board Requirements: BC/BE IM, Pulmonary Fellowship required
Patient Census: Approximately 4–6 patients per shift
ICU: 18-bed ICU, fully staffed by intensivists
Support Team: Provider works solo (no APP/MD partner)

Call:
Limited after-hours call-back volume
Intensivists cover admissions and urgent nighttime calls
Rounding Responsibilities: Yes, rounding required on assigned patients

Schedule:
Shift Types: Days and Nights
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Standard schedule: 5 day shifts (12 hours)
24-hour call required
