Job Description:
• Specialty Needed: Pulmonology
• Certifications needed: Need to be able to practice on their own with no one over them (BC)
• Open to IMLC candidates: As long as the state of IN accepts that, and they need have an IN license so we can do billing.
• Dates of coverage: starting ASAP after credentialing process to start could take 2-3 months, need someone by January
• How long to credential: 60-90 days
• Are temporary privileges available: yes – 1-2 to couple weeks depending on immunizations and physical
• Interview format: Video or in person
• Clinic Schedule: 8 hour shift every week
• Call Schedule/Rotation: N/A
• If on call is the locum solo: N/A
• Open to Multiple providers to cover the need? No
• Number of Deliveries per year if applicable: N/A
• Percent that are C-sections: N/A
• Required procedures: None
• Any high-risk transfers: They do have services that do ACLS and BLS transfers.
• Trauma level: Critical access/ Level 4
• Support Staff: They have ER if someone needs immediate assistance. We will have staff to check patients in and out and do clerical work it takes to see the patients at our facility.
• Any supervision required: no
• EMR: Epic
• Open to covering Travel and Lodging? No
