Job description

• Start Date: 4/15/2026
• Schedule: Tue–Fri, 10-hour days (8:00–6:00)
• Call: None

Practice Setting & Patient Population
• Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital
• Trauma Level: Adult IV
• Patient Volume: 15–20 pts/day
• Practice Model: Solo physician with APP support for sleep medicine patients
• Setting: Ambulatory clinic with some inpatient consults
• Programs: Accredited pulmonary rehab program

Scope of Work / Responsibilities
• Pulmonology outpatient clinic visits
• Sleep medicine patient care
• Inpatient consults as needed
• Oversight of pulmonary rehab program
