📋 Contract Details
🟢 Anticipated Start Date: Mid-April 2026
🟢 Contract Length: 3 or 6 months, with option to extend
🟢 Contract Type: Locum Tenens
🟢 Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 4×10 hour days
🟢 Call: None

🏥 Work Details & Patient Scope
🟢 Patient Volume: 15–20 patients per day
🟢 Practice Setting: Ambulatory outpatient clinic with some inpatient consults
🟢 Team Structure: Solo physician with APP support for sleep medicine patients
🟢 Programs: Accredited pulmonary rehabilitation program
🟢 Scope: Full outpatient pulmonary and sleep medicine care

📋 Candidate Requirements
🟢 Board Certification / Eligibility: Pulmonology / Sleep Medicine BC/BE required
🟢 Licensure: Active Oregon license required
🟢 Experience: Outpatient pulmonary care; sleep medicine experience preferred
