Pulmonologist Locums Opportunity - Virginia

Pulmonologist opportunity available in VA
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: 3 months with possible extension
Schedule: Possibly 1 week per month, Monday-Friday, no weekends. 8:00-6:00pm (10hr day)
Additional Details:
• Support staff: Respiratory Therapists
• Department Description: Black Lung Clinic
• Patient Volume: Total of 10 patients per day: up to 6 patients per day (critical care rounding); 4 patients seen per day for black lung on average
• Patient Age Group: Adult/Coal Miners
• Special Procedures/Unit Details: Possible A-Line insertions, interpretation of EKG & PFTs

Licensure: Active VA license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 30 days
