Job description

Position: Permanent Pulmonologist
Location: Madison, WV
Start: Flexible
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4p
Call: No after-hours call
Coverage: Outpatient clinic with inpatient pulmonary consults
Practice Setting: Rural hospital
Patient Population: Ages 0-99
Time Split: 90% patient contact, 5% rounding, 3% phone consults, 2% procedures
Procedures: Bronchoscopy, PFT lab, ultrasound
Onsite Resources: Lab, x-ray, sleep lab
Support: Internal medicine PA, admin, and nursing staff

Requirements:
- BC or BE in Pulmonology (within 5 years of fellowship)
- Must have subspecialty experience in sleep medicine
- ICU and vent management, bronchoscopy, EBUS, thoracentesis, PFT interpretation
- Chest tube placement and critical access experience preferred
- Active West Virginia license, or ability to obtain
