About the clinician's workday

The radiation oncologist will provide comprehensive outpatient oncology services Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with no call requirements. Daily responsibilities include managing approximately 20 patients with treatments reaching 45 per day in a clinic setting while working as the solo physician with support from nursing staff, CNA, and 4 radiation therapists. The clinician will utilize Epic/ARIA EMR system for all patient documentation and treatment planning. Board certification in Radiation Oncology is required, with active Louisiana licensure preferred and credentialing completed within 30-60 days.
