Board Certified - Medical Physicist, Radiation Oncology

Job Details:

• Experienced Therapeutic Medical Physicist needed for Radiation Therapy in an outpatient setting covering multiple facilities
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Average of 60-70 patients per day across 3 locations, primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient cases for simulation and treatment
• Perform chart checks including initial and weekly reviews
• Conduct machine quality assurance (QA)
• Perform HDR treatment planning and treatment operation
• Provide SBRT treatment supervision
• Documentation System/EMR: Aria
• Board Certification required: ABR/ABMP
• Active Michigan medical license required - no exceptions
• Minimum of 3 years of experience required
• Clean background with no malpractice or license issues required
• Local providers only - only mileage will be reimbursed
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 30 days for NRC/State RAM licenses
