Job Details:

• Locum Tenens coverage dates: 12/27-12/31, with 8-hour clinical days and no call required
• Shift hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday
• Orientation shift required prior to 12/27, ideally the week before the assignment
• 7-10 patients per day depending on new or follow-up visits, add-ons, and urgent visits
• One day per week reserved for On Treatment Visits (OTV)
• Must hold an active Ohio license or IMLC
• Board certification required; credentialing timeframe approximately 20 days
• BLS and ABLS certifications required
• Brachytherapy skills required: Intracavitary (e.g., Mammosite)
• External Beam Therapy (EBRT) skills required: Linear Accelerator, Rapid Arc/VMAT, and Electrons
• Required treatment techniques: Conventional/Conformal Therapy, IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, and Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS)
• Treatment planning skills required: Conventional treatment planning, Beam shaping (MLC), 3D CRT, IMRT, PET CT or MRI Image Fusion, Electronic Portal Imaging (EPI), and Clinical Trials
