📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: July 27, 2026
🔹 Contract Length: 4 weeks (vacation coverage)
🔹 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
🔹 Call Requirement: Night call (4:00 PM – 7:30 AM) and 24-hour weekend call (Saturday & Sunday)
🔹 Assignment Type: Scheduled + call coverage
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days (temporary privileges available)

🏥 Work Details & Patient Scope
🔹 Practice Setting: Hospital-based oncology department
🔹 Patient Population: Adults
🔹 Volume: 30–40 treatments per day, approximately 1 consult per day
🔹 Support Staff: Nurses, medical assistants
🔹 EMR: MOSAIQ
🔹 Procedures: External beam radiation therapy including 3D, IMRT, SBRT, SRS, IGRT (CBCT, Kv/Kv), CT simulation, Varian Eclipse treatment planning
🔹 Skills Required: 3D conformal radiation treatments

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certification: Required or truly board eligible within 5 years
🔹 Minimum Experience: 2 years
🔹 State License: Pennsylvania (IMLC candidates accepted)
🔹 DEA: Required
🔹 Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS
