This is a well-established hospital system serving multiple hospital and clinic locations across northern California, providing comprehensive diagnostic radiology services. The facility utilizes Cerner EMR, Merge PACS, and Nuance PowerScribe 360 voice recognition, and offers full 24/7 IT support with a workstation provided to ensure a seamless remote work experience.

Board Certified - Radiology - Diagnostic

Job Details:

  • 4 remote diagnostic Radiologist positions available covering night and swing shifts (2am-8am, any 5 days a week)
  • Provider must reside in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Arizona, or Utah
  • Duration: 9-12 months, starting as soon as credentialed (credentialing can take up to 90 days)
  • Perform reads across multiple hospital and clinic locations including Mercy San Juan, Mercy General, Methodist, Mercy Folsom, Woodland, Mercy Medical Center Redding, St. Elizabeth, Sierra Nevada Hospital, and DHAI/DHMF outpatient clinics
  • Required procedures include reading general diagnostic studies: MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and X-Ray
  • Average daily study volume: 20-25 ultrasounds, 25-30 CT/MRs, or 150-200 X-rays
  • EMR: Cerner | PACS: Merge PACS | Voice Recognition: Nuance PowerScribe 360
  • Hospital and Foundation privileges required for all affiliated locations
  • COI must list Dignity Health Medical Foundation; both hospital and DHMF may be included on one COI
  • No on-call or weekend requirements
  • Full-time opportunity with 24/7 IT support available
  • Workstation provided by facility
  • Active California state medical license required
  • Board Certification required
  • Clean malpractice history highly preferred
