Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a Board-Certified Diagnostic Radiologist for a remote locum opportunity providing evening and weekend coverage. This assignment offers flexible scheduling with short evening shifts and ongoing coverage needs.

Schedule & Shift Details
-Evening coverage within a 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST window
-Preferred shifts:
5:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST
5:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
-Typical shift length: 2–3 hours
-Occasional flexibility up to 5 hours depending on volume
-Weekend coverage required: Minimum 2 weekends per month. Coverage within an 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST window. Exact hours based on client need

Work Details
-Coverage needed:
Weekday evening coverage
Minimum 2 weekends per month
-Patient population: Adult
-Must be comfortable reading all modalities except Mammography

-Konica Minolta EXA PACS
-Fluency Direct (AI-assisted)
-New graduates accepted
-Providers with their own workstation strongly preferred

Practice Setting
-Fully remote/teleradiology environment

Requirements
-Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology
-Active Kentucky license OR willing to license

Credentialing
-Estimated timeframe: approximately 60 days
-Temporary privileges available for providers with clean background and malpractice history
