TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking one or more Board-Certified Radiologists for a full-time opportunity providing diagnostic imaging services at a federal correctional medical facility in Butner, North Carolina. This is an on-site position supporting an inmate patient population within a comprehensive diagnostic imaging department.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
After-Hours On Call: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–7:30 AM
Weekend Coverage: 24-hour coverage Saturday–Sunday
Holidays: Excluding Federal holidays
Position: On-site
Reporting Structure: Reports to Imaging Supervisor
Diagnostic Imaging Services

The Diagnostic Imaging Department provides a broad range of imaging services, including:

Computer Axial Tomography (CT)
Fluoroscopy
Operating Room imaging
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
Nuclear Medicine
PET/CT
Diagnostic Radiography, including portable imaging
Radionuclide Stress Testing
Sonography
Other duties as needed

Clinical Responsibilities
The Radiologist(s) will have primary responsibility for the operations of the Diagnostic Imaging Department, including:
Day-to-day interpretation and reporting of diagnostic images
Supporting institution-based diagnostic imaging services
Performing radiology services across the available imaging modalities
Other related duties as needed

All equipment, supplies, and forms necessary to perform the services will be provided.

Qualifications
MD required
Board Certification in good standing in the applicable specialty
Current license to practice medicine in North Carolina
Candidates must meet federal eligibility requirements for contracted services
Federal Eligibility Requirements

Candidates providing contracted services within the federal correctional system must:
Be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
Be able to successfully complete required credit and background checks
