The Practice:

Outpatient only
No call
Very busy, high-volume practice
Average 12-15 patients per day
Educational and growth opportunities available
PSLF eligible, Non-profit system
$400K compensation floor for 2 years plus personally performed wRVUs
$200K signing/retention incentive, relocation reimbursement, PTO, CME and paid malpractice with tail coverage
