Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: We are looking for one provider to cover 4 to 5 days per week (preferred), 32-36 hours per week. Shift times will be 7am to 5pm typically but there is some flexibility on hours within that range. If they can offer 1-2 weeks per month that would be helpful.
Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 12-16
· Providers Requested: 1
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: Familiarity with intravenous therapies
· Preference: local candidate/drive in candidate preferred, ideally looking for longer term locums to cover interim before permanent physician replacement starts.
Practice Setting:
• Outpatient - Outpatient work only BUT the provider will need to go through hospital credentialing because this is a hospital outpatient department.
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Any active state license - OR licensed is preferred
· Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days
