Locum Orthopedic Spine Surgeon | ASC + Clinic | Hazlet, NJ | 1 Day Every 4–6 Weeks, No Call

Job description

Start: November 30, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: Ongoing
Coverage: Outpatient orthopedic spine practice with ASC-based cases
Schedule: 1 shift every 4–6 weeks; ASC coverage in the morning, office exams in the afternoon/evening
Call: No call
Practice Setting: Ambulatory surgery center and outpatient clinic
Patient Population: Adults
Procedures: Medial branch blocks, facet injections, RFA, epidural steroid injections, and routine orthopedic spine procedures

• Independent evaluation and treatment of spine patients
• ASC-based surgical and procedural cases
• Interventional pain procedures: MBB/facet, RFA, and epidurals
• Comfortable managing both orthopedic spine and pain management patients

Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with orthopedic spine surgery experience
• Independently proficient in MBB/facet, RFA, and epidural injections
• Active New Jersey license and DEA required
• Must be out of network with BCBS in New Jersey (providers in network with BCBS in another state, such as NY, are generally considered in network in NJ)
• Local candidates highly preferred (travel may be considered)
• Credentialing: approximately 30–45 days
