Job description

A well-established health system in the Alpharetta, GA area (metro Atlanta) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a Sports Medicine/Orthopedics locum tenens assignment. Local providers strongly preferred.

Assignment Details:
- Bill rate: $175.00/hour
- Overtime/Holiday rate: $225.00/hour
- Length: 13-week assignment
- 40-hour work week (clinic closes at 2 PM on Fridays)
- On-call: 5-7 days monthly

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in surgical cases (typically Tuesday & Wednesday OR days)
- Clinic days with 10-15 patients per day
- Performing in-office injections
- Taking call as scheduled
