Job description

• Coverage Type: Surgical and Clinic
• Schedule Details: 3-4 week blocks at a time (Monday- Fri)
• Beds: 19 total at hospital (small rural hospital)
• Facility Type: clinic
• Department description & procedures: See mostly patients with ankle, Achilles tendons, elbow or knee injuries, rotator cuff, shoulder, or carpal tunnel. They will NOT assist with total joint replacements. Seeing about 10-12 patients per day. The schedule will be about 2 days in the clinic per week and 1 day of OR (if there are any surgeries) with first assist for day surgeries. If there are no surgeries that week, the locum would stay in the clinic.

• Avg. Daily Census: 10-12
• Years of Experience Req’d: 1
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
