Job description

Ortho Sports Med | Level II Trauma

Start: As soon as credentialed 3-6 month assignment
Schedule: 2 clinic days (8–5p) + 2 OR days (7:30a start) | Flexible setup
Volume: 25–30 clinic/day | 8–10 surgeries/week
EMR: EPIC
Team: 6 surgeons | 11 total providers | APP support (post-ops + first assist)

Call:

1:7 weekends (Fri 5p–Mon 7a)
Weeknights shared (some weeks none, some 1 night)
ER call + required patient rounds within 24 hrs

Cases:

Bread & butter Sports Med (ACL/MCL/PCL, knee, meniscus)
Hip arthroscopy a plus

Requirements:

Sports Medicine Fellowship trained Ortho Surgeon
IL license or IMLC
DEA required

Credentialing:

~3 months - Temps Available!
