Job description

Schedule:
• Starting April 27, 2026
• Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Potential for Fridays, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
•
Practice Setting:
• Outpatient clinic
•
Scope of Work:
• Non-surgical orthopedic care
• Fracture evaluation and management
• Evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic orthopedic and sports medicine conditions
• Joint injections and aspirations (large and small joints)
• Medication management and prescribing
•
Requirements:
• Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active DEA
• Active Ohio medical license (required prior to start)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
•
Additional Details:
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing timeframe: 30–60 days

• Outpatient Only
• Part Time (2-3 days per week)
• Non-surgical orthopedic care
