Cardiovascular Surgery NP/PA Opportunity in Indiana:
Start Date: August 2025 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months
Schedule: work 4 10 hour days each week from 0630-1700. The surgery side is a 24-hour service requiring either 5- 8 hour shifts or 4- 10 hour shifts plus on-call to the OR. Take ICU call 1-2 nights a week 1700-0700 and then be on call on the weekends from Saturday 0700-0630 on Monday morning.
Trauma Level: 2
Skills: cardiothoracic experience. Must know how to EVH. Daily rounding on all inpatients (ICU, stepdown) and new consults as well as discharging patients OR - EVH hemapro 2; help train new APPs on EVH; some open vein harvest may be needed with some fem-pop surgeries usually done in a bridging technique. first assist on some cases once you learn our surgeon's routines - there may be OR call for emergencies while on call for the weekend if needed
