✔️ Active Louisiana RN license
✔️ BLS certification required
✔️ Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
✔️ Strong skills in IV therapy, wound care, and medication administration
✔️ Proficient with EMR systems and patient documentation
✔️ Excellent communication, time management, and critical thinking skills

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care for medical and post-surgical patients
✔️ Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products safely
✔️ Monitor vital signs, pain levels, intake/output, and patient condition changes
✔️ Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care coordination
✔️ Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and discharge plans
✔️ Respond promptly to changes in patient status and escalate care when needed
✔️ Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
