Specialty: Surgical ICU PA
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6+ months
Shift Details: 12 hour night shifts 7p-7a
Schedule: 3 12 hour shifts per week. Will take sporadic coverage
Work Details:
· Support staff: 2 APP's at night. Attendings back up coverage.
· Amount of coverage needed per month: 15-20 shifts per month
· Patients per day: 12-15
· Patient population/age: Adults,
· 24 OR's total
· Department description: Surigcal ICU and consults, lower acuity and volume to start. Triage patients. Surgical APP coverage all surgical services except Neurosurgery. No trauma, burn, cardiac surg, transplant. ENT, Neuro, OBGYn Plastics consults.
