Surgical Critical Care Physician Needed in Ventura, CA

Job description

Surgical Critical Care/Surgical Intensivist opportunity available in Ventura, CA
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: 3 months with possible extension
Schedule: 5-7 days of day shifts, in house 8-10 hours on call rest of the day. 1 week/mo
Additional Details:
· Support staff: Strong ICU nursing leadership. 2nd ICU physician on 1/2 day for overflow. 8 bed ICU. Fellowship trained surgeon also on staff.
· Patients per day: 6-12 /day mixed ICU (medical patients included)
· Skills required: trauma ICU and medical ICU patients
· Practice Setting: ICU (closed)

Licensure: Active CA license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60-90 days
