📍 Location: Washington

📅 Start Date: As soon as credentialed

🕒 Shift Description: Days | 10-hour shifts | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

🗓 Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

🏥 Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient

📋 Requirements:
• NP or PA with Gynecologic Oncology and Pelvic Surgery experience
• Board Certified
• Active Washington license or IMLC
• DEA required
• BLS, ATLS, and ACLS required
• RNFA Certification required for NP candidates

⏳ Credentialing Timeframe: 30–60 days

• Active Washington license or IMLC
• 30 - 60 days credentialing timeframe
• Surgery Center
