Surgical Oncology – Thoracic NP – CA
Schedule: Full-time, 4x10s per week (no part-time)
Credentialing: Approximately 60 days
Interviews: 1–3 rounds

3 Highlights:
• Independent outpatient thoracic oncology clinic with RN support
• Stable full-time 4x10 schedule in a surgical oncology setting
• Opportunity to work alongside surgeons in a collaborative shared-service model

Practice Setting:
Outpatient thoracic surgery clinic within a hospital environment
Most cases are oncology
APP will run clinic independently with RN support
Shared service model with surgeons

Work Details:
• Adult patient population
• Special procedures include drain removals, wound care, and incision care
• Must be proficient in outpatient surgical settings
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• Board Certified (Adult Outpatient certifications accepted)
• Active California license required
• California DEA required
• AHA BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient surgical oncology or thoracic surgery
• Strong preference for university medical center experience
