GI Surgical Oncology NP/PA Needed – San Francisco, CA
Start Date: September 2026
Contract Length: 6 months with ongoing extension potential
Schedule
Full-time, 4x10s
Monday–Friday
No weekends or holidays
Practice Details
All outpatient academic surgical oncology practice
Adult patient population
Focus on colorectal, pancreatic, and liver cancer
Approximately 30–40 patients per week
Support includes 7 attendings, 1–2 APPs, and 4 RNs
EMR: Epic
Procedures
Staple removal
Drain removal
Wound care
Wound VAC maintenance
Requirements
Open to NPs and PAs
Active California license
California DEA with Schedule II required
AHA BLS required
Minimum 2 years of surgical oncology experience
GI Surgical Oncology experience strongly preferred
Must be comfortable working in an outpatient surgical oncology setting
NPs must hold an accepted board certification (AANP or ANCC)
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days
