Start Date: ASAP once credentialed
Contract Length: Initial 3 months, ongoing through March
Coverage: Full-Time
Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic & Hospital

📅 Schedule
Monday–Friday coverage
Preferred schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts/week
Flexible to 5 x 8-hour shifts
Clinic hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Some flexibility with daily hours
🩺 Work Details
This APP will work closely with a breast surgeon, supporting adult patients throughout their surgical care.

Responsibilities include:
Outpatient clinic visits
Pre-operative evaluations and care
Post-operative follow-ups
Surgical/oncology patient management
Approximately 10 patients/day on average
Epic EMR
👥 Support Staff
Medical Assistants
LVN
Front office staff
✅ Requirements
NP or PA
Board Certification required
Active California license required – not open to licensing
DEA required
BLS
ACLS
Minimum 1 year of experience
Surgical experience required
Candidates with either a surgical OR oncology background will be considered
⏱️ Credentialing
Approximately 60 days

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• No on call
