CT Surgery APP needed in Los Angeles

Hello, this is Alisha, Senior Principal Recruiter at Aya Locums. I'm reaching out today about a new CT Surgery APP needed in Los Angeles. Emergency Privs available for an April start.

Contract Length: 26 weeks
Shift Details: 4x10s per week, inpatient only, no weekends, call, or night shifts

Work Details:
Day in the life: Round with the team, get preliminary plan for the day from Residents. Residents will communicate with the attending and then they will give the APP the final plans for day. The Locums will discharge patients, plant/remove chest tubes (lots of this- big part of the job. MUST HAVE Experience in this), notes, orders, consults. Preop patients to go over last minute questions/concerns. Afternoons: Managing patients on the Stepdown floor.. Not working in the OR at all.
