Patient Age Group: ALL AGES. Peds experience would be a 'nice to have'

Requirements:
**Vein Harvesting Experience REQUIRED
State License(s): CA licensure
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
DEA Required

Credentialing Timeframe: 6 weeks clean file
