CV Surgery NP/PA Opportunity in Santa Rosa, CA:
Start Date: November 2025
Contract Length: 3 months
Schedule: Full time provider to work 8 hours a day/ 5 days a week. NO OT is expected. Potential for weekend call (12 or 24 hour). Preferred PA with General Surgery/OR experience and flexible. PA could take time in OR if schedule allows.

Trauma Level: 2
Skills : OR experience, endoscopic vein harvesting

Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days
Active CA License Required
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
