Job description

Cardiothoracic Surgery NP locum opportunity in Pasadena, CA. This is a local only role (no travel provided).

Schedule:
• Start: July 2026
• 4x10 hour shifts per week
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
• 7:00am – 5:00pm
• No call

Practice:
• Outpatient cardiothoracic clinic
• Support 3 cardiac surgeons
• Mix of pre/post-op care and administrative duties (60/40 split)
• Procedures include suturing and wound care
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Active CA license (licensing not available)
• DEA required
• BLS required
• 2+ years cardiothoracic or surgical experience

Credentialing:
• Approximately 60–75 days
