Cardio Critical Care NP/PA Needed in Louisiana:
Start Date: October 2025
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
End Date: Ongoing
Schedule: 7a-7p and 7p-7a; strong preference for night coverage. Minimum 7 shifts per month
Minimum experience required: 3 years
Cardiothoracic surgeon, Intensivist support (formal daily rounding; phone availability overnight); comprehensive adult ICU patient management (closed unit)
Skills required: A/C line insertion, Intubation, Chest Tube insertion
Job Duties: patient management post-transplant/heart surgery. First assisting is not required.
Practice Setting: Inpatient critical care
Board Certification: Yes, Adult Geriatric or Acute Care for NP
Active DEA and CSR
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, ATLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
Active LA License Required
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
