Thoracic Surgery PA needed in Southern CA

Job description

Thoracic Surgery PA Needed in California:
Start Date: (date/month/year) or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 6 months with option for extension
Schedule: 5x8s
List additional work details : First Assisting in 100% cases. No preop or post op. All intraop, assisting surgeon in the case in robotics case utilizing Davinci XI robot. Their current PAs cross between all services, but Thoracic is the major need. They would like a second PA who can do any combination of gen surg, urology, GYN, and head and neck using the SP robot.
What types of procedures or cases will the PA regularly assist with? Thoracic- thoracotomies, lung lobectomies. Gyn: hysterectomies; Urology: prostatectomies, nephrectomies

CA License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60
Medical malpractice insurance, provided
