Locum tenens coverage is sought to support the thoracic call panel beginning in September.

About the clinician's workday

The clinician will provide thoracic surgery coverage, excluding cardiac cases, at an inpatient and outpatient facility in Florida. Responsibilities include rounding and managing consults from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, followed by weeknight call coverage after consults. The position involves participation in the thoracic call panel, with low overall procedure volume anticipated. Robotic surgical skills are preferred, and an on-site OR support team is available to prepare rooms and equipment in advance of procedures.
