Thoracic Oncologic Surgeon Needed in Minnesota with Aya Locums!

Assignment Details:
• Start Date: August 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 40 hours per week (mix of 8- and 12-hour shifts); 2 days clinic, 2 days surgery/procedures, 1 flexible/admin or surgical overflow day; call shared among surgeons
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Case Mix: Adult thoracic oncology surgical care including lung, chest wall, mediastinal, and pleural disease; minimally invasive thoracic surgery, robotic surgery, VATS, advanced bronchoscopy, and endoscopic esophageal/lung procedures

Requirements:
• State License: Minnesota (required)
• Certifications: Board Certified Thoracic Surgery (ABTS or AOA Thoracic Cardiovascular Surgery), ACLS/BLS Tier 2, DEA
• Completion of Thoracic Oncology Fellowship, 2+ years of trained thoracic or cardiothoracic surgeon with an emphasis in thoracic malignancy, 2+ years of robotic surgical skills
