This full-service acute care hospital has been providing comprehensive medical services to Clark County and surrounding communities for over 100 years. The facility features 250 total beds including 60 ICU beds, 24/7 emergency services, maternity services, critical care, surgery, and pediatric services, all supported by skilled physicians and highly trained health professionals.

Opportunity:
Physician - Surgery - Cardiothoracic

Job Details:
• Provide call coverage starting May 28th with ongoing need for at least 2 months, followed by sporadic coverage
• Adult 100% and Hospital 100% practice caseload
• Work alongside 1 physician and 2 mid-level providers
• Perform general cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgeries
• Conduct coronary artery bypass surgery and handle congenital defects
• Perform valvular repair/replacements and aneurysm repair procedures
• Execute lung resection procedures including VATs
• Handle chest wall/pleural procedures and esophagus/diaphragm surgeries
• Perform endarterectomy procedures (Carotid and Renal)
• Provide ventilation management and bronchoscopy services
• Evaluate and manage acute volume/blood pressure issues
• Must be Board Certified in Cardiovascular, Thoracic and Vascular Surgery
• Active Ohio state license required with clean record
• BLS/ACLS certification required
• Onsite lab and x-ray services available
• EPIC documentation system utilized
• Call and weekend coverage required

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
