Stroke Certified Hospital: Yes

Patient Volume & Responsibilities

Average Patient Volume: Approximately 10 patients per shift
Admissions: Required
Rounding: Assigned patients only

Required Surgical Experience
Providers should be experienced with:

Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG)
Aortic Valve Replacement/Repair (AVR)
Mitral Valve Replacement/Repair (MVR)
Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair (TEVAR)
Endovascular Vein Surgery/Grafting (EVSG)
Carotid Endarterectomy
Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD) procedures
Pericardial Window procedures
Additional cardiothoracic surgical procedures

Requirements

Board Certification: Required
License: Active Tennessee license or IMLC eligibility
Fellowship: Preferred
