Job description

📅 Start Date: ASAP (standard credentialing, possible fast-track due to urgent need)
📆 Duration: 6 months
📍 Location: Washington
🏥 Setting: Inpatient | 420-bed hospital

Schedule:
~2 weeks/month coverage
Weeknight Call: Monday–Thursday, 5p–7a
Weekend Call: 1x/month (Friday 5p–Monday 7a; occasionally 2 weekends/month)
Call-only coverage (evening or 24-hour)

Work Details:
Patient Demographic: Adult
Daily Census: 5–10 patients (rounding + admissions)
Procedures: Standard thoracic surgery (no robotics required)
No cardiac surgery required
Support: NP on-site Mon–Sat during the day

Requirements:
MD/DO with Thoracic Surgery experience
Board Certified/Eligible
WA license OR IMLC with active LOQ

Ability to start quickly preferred

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• 24 hour on call
• Standard/typical thoracic surgery no robotics is required
