Western educated, trained and experienced Anatomic Pathologist Consultant urgently required for a Standard of Excellence, Prestigious Leading Hospital in UAE

Role:

To lead our Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Molecular Diagnostics, Point-of-Care Testing (POCT), and Therapeutic Monitoring divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team across hospital and clinic sites.
Develop and implement modern laboratory protocols, ensuring alignment with international best practices.
Introduce molecular diagnostics, genomic testing, and advanced therapeutic monitoring.
Drive clinical excellence by collaborating with physicians, specialists, and academic partners.
Champion initiatives in laboratory automation, AI-assisted testing, and quality improvement.
Mentor and train emerging laboratory leaders, integrating residency-based lab education.

Ideal Candidate:
Board-certified or equivalent in clinical laboratory medicine.
Extensive leadership experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary labs.
Deep knowledge of laboratory technologies, automation, and molecular diagnostics.
Strong strategic vision and commitment to innovation, quality, and patient-centric care.
