Trauma Surgery NP/PA Needed in Arizona:

Contract Length: 3 months ongoing

Patients per day: 10-15
Patient population/age: Adults
Department description: Trauma service –Dual boarded critical care trauma surgeons- Surgical trauma intensive care and general trauma patients
EMR: Cerner
Hospital bed size: 269 (Level 1 trauma)
Skills required: Acute Care APP, ATLS required.
Practice Setting:
Hospital
Requirements:
Board Certification: Board Certified
DEA: Yes
CSR: No
Minimum experience required: 2 years

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Active AZ License Required
