Trauma Surgery NP/PA Needed in California

Start Date: November 16, 2026
Contract Length: Through January 31, 2027 with strong possibility of extension
Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, 6:00am–6:30pm, Monday–Sunday. Weekend and holiday availability required.

• 100% inpatient Trauma Surgery coverage with up to 15 patients/day
• Trauma Floor and Stepdown Unit with variable patient acuity
• Daily rounding, progress notes, patient evaluations, discharges, and care coordination
• Approximately 2 APPs per shift
• No OR, first assist, or ICU-level responsibilities
• Acute Care certification and Trauma experience required
• Level I Trauma experience strongly preferred

Active California NP/PA License Required

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
