Nurse Practitioner - Surgery - Trauma needed in Loveland, CO

Job description

The Nurse Practitioner will:

Deliver comprehensive Trauma and Acute Care Surgery services for overnight coverage (7P–7A).
Perform assessments, order/interprete diagnostics, and develop treatment plans.
Manage trauma and emergency general surgery patients across inpatient settings.
Support trauma surgeons with procedures and ongoing patient management.
Work autonomously while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
Document all care using Epic EMR.
Ensure compliance with medical staff bylaws and privileging processes.
Maintain high-quality patient safety and performance standards.
Participate in facility mentorship, leadership development, and ongoing education.

Compensation and Benefits:
Annual salary ranges from $136,822 to $179,379, based on experience
Eligible to earn up to $10,000 annually through the Quality Value Incentive Plan (QVIP)
Relocation bonus up to $10,000 for eligible candidates
Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage
CME allowance of up to $3,500 per year plus 5 CME days
