Trauma Surgery NP | Columbia, SC | 7 On / 7 Off

Hi!

I’m reaching out about a Trauma Surgery NP locum opportunity in Columbia, SC. This is a day-shift trauma role at a Level I Trauma Center with block scheduling available.

Schedule:
• Start: July 2026
• Ongoing coverage
• 11-hour day shifts (7:00am – 6:00pm)
• Minimum 3 shifts consecutively preferred
• Ideally 7 on / 7 off scheduling

Practice:
• Level I Trauma Center
• Adult trauma surgery with occasional pediatric cases
• Trauma transfer coverage from surrounding facilities
• ~10–12 patients per day
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• Board Certified NP (Trauma Surgery)
• Active SC license preferred (willing to license)
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and ATLS required
• Epic experience required
• Clean background required

Credentialing:
• Approximately 60 days with active SC license
