Department: Trauma Service (dual-boarded critical care trauma surgeons, surgical trauma ICU + general trauma patients)

Hospital Size: 269 beds | Level I Trauma Center

Practice Setting: Hospital

EMR: Cerner

Skills & Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Skills: Acute Care APP, ATLS required

Board Certification: Required

License: Active AZ license

DEA: Required

CSR: Not required

Credentialing Timeframe: ~30 days
