• Schedule: 5p–7a

Work Details:
• Patients per Day: 10–15
• Patient Population: Adults
• Department: Trauma service with dual board-certified critical care trauma surgeons covering surgical trauma ICU and general trauma patients
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital Size: 269 beds (Level 1 Trauma Center)

Requirements:
• Acute Care NP or PA required
• ATLS certification required
• Board Certified
• Active AZ license required
• DEA required
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Credentialing timeframe: ~30 days
