Work Details:
• Patients per shift: 10-20
• Providers Requested: 3
• Trauma Level: 2
• EMR: Cerner
• Bed in department: 25
• Skills required: MSIC, CVIU,CICU, clean NPDB and Malpractice background.

Requirements:
• Board Certification: board certified in General Surgery and Critical Care.
• License required: active IN License
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: Yes
• Fellowship: Trauma/Surgical Critical Care
• Certifications required: ATLS
